My name is Aaron Cassell and I have resided in the Owens Valley for the past 2 + years. I was born and raised in a military family , and my parents purchased Panamint Spring in 2006 that I helped run from 2006 to 2021.

As a small business operator I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our county. I believe that by serving on the Board of Supervisors, I can contribute meaningfully to the development and implementation of policies that promote growth, equity, and sustainability.

My professional background in small business operation, coupled with my involvement in water treatment,air quality,and flood mitigation, has equipped me with the skills necessary to navigate complex issues and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. I am committed to fostering transparency, accountability, and inclusivity in decision-making processes, ensuring that the voices of all residents are heard and respected.

If elected, my priorities will include:

Promoting Economic Development: Supporting local businesses, attracting investment, and creating job opportunities to stimulate economic growth and enhance the prosperity of our community.

Investing in Infrastructure: Prioritizing infrastructure projects that improve transportation, expand access to broadband, and enhance essential services such as healthcare and education.

Preserving our Environment: Implementing sustainable practices and policies to protect our natural resources and promote environmental stewardship.

Ensuring Fiscal Responsibility: Exercising prudent fiscal management, maintaining balanced budgets, and maximizing the efficient use of taxpayer dollars to deliver high-quality services and programs.

I am committed to engaging with residents, listening to their concerns, and advocating for solutions that address the needs of our diverse communities. By fostering collaboration and consensus-building, I am confident that we can work together to build a brighter future for our county.
